Unable to Access Server Using VPN

If you are still unable to access the server after setting up the VPN environment, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • Ensure the IP address and port number are entered correctly: e.g., 26.65.142.83:8211 (format: IP-address：port-number).

  • Firewall blocking network connections: Try disabling the firewall on the server's operating system.

  • VPN network connection issues : VPN connections may encounter issues with a blue screen, preventing connectivity. You may consider using direct IP connection or referring to solutions here.
